1 - PPM- Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule :
PPM schedule is a pre planned annual maintenance activity which is carried out as frequency of weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly. PPM frequency of equipment is categorized as per its priority. It can be categorized according 52 week, 12 month, 24 fortnight, 4 quarter, 2 half year and one year.

PPM schedule is categorized according its working on nature. If the equipment is moving as motor, elevator, engine then maintenance frequency will be short period like as weekly and monthly. Frequency of maintenance can be categorized as below mentioned.
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Half Yearly
- Yearly
1 - Weekly PPM frequency :
Weekly maintenance frequency is a general cleaning type activity or normal activity. Details of weekly PPM activity is below mentioned.
- Air filter cleaning of split ac and AHU.
- Cooling tower cleaning.
- Check vibration and connection of Motor.
- Check vibration and connection of pump
2 - Fortnight PPM frequency:
Fortnight maintenance frequency is a general cleaning and load checking type activity or normal activity. Details of Fortnight PPM activity is below mentioned.
- Air filter cleaning of split ac and AHU.
- Check load on motor on pump according capacity.
- Check air blower abnormal sound
- Check vibration and connection of Motor.
- Check vibration and connection of pump
3 - Monthly PPM frequency:
Monthly maintenance frequency is a all moving parts check and load checking type activity. Details of monthly PPM activity is below mentioned.
- Check connection or any hot spot in electrical distribution panel and board.
- Check diesel generator set according load any sound or leakage and safety.
- Check motor and pump, any abnormal sound, foundation loose, connection and load according capacity.
- Check motor starter as all connection, all parts, abnormal sound etc.
4 - Quarterly PPM frequency:
Quarterly maintenance frequency is a important parts and equipment safety and capacity performance activity. Details of quarterly PPM activity is below mentioned.
- Check connection or any hot spot in electrical distribution panel and board.

- Measuring Instrument meter calibration as pressure gauge, voltmeter, amp meter etc.
- Motor and pump check bearing play, grease filling and motor insulation test.
- Transformer oil dehydration, protection relay calibration.
- Electrical panel breaker maintenance.
- Chiller plant and DG heat exchanger condenser line descaling work.
- Split AC, AHU coil cleaning work.
