3 -HT Panel PPM Maintenance annualy schedule:

In one year maintenance activity is carried out many times according time schedule so it is called maintenance frequency which is below mentioned.

• Monthly PPM
• Quarterly PPM
• Half yearly PPM
• Yearly PPM

4 -HT panel PPM maintenance activity procedure:

PPM working procedure is carried out according time schedule. The procedure of PPM is going to explain according time schedule as per below mentioned.

1 - Monthly Preventive maintenance:

When once im a month the PM activity is carried out then it is called as monthly PM activity. A maintenance checkpoint list is followed during maintenance activity which is given below mentioned.

• Clean the panel with air blower and clothes.
• Check all busbar connection input and output.
• Check all circuit breaker input and output connections.
• Check any abnormal sound in panel.
• Check earthing connection with panel.
• Check all measuring instruments meters.
• Check all circuit breaker functions
• Check indicators, selector switches
• Check all parameters on load.

2 - Quarterly Preventive Maintenance:

When once im a three months, the PM activity is carried out then it is called as Quarterly PM activity. A maintenance checkpoint list is followed during maintenance activity which is given below mentioned.

• First of all repeat monthly PM checkpoints.
• Check any hot spot in panel.
• Check all circuit breaker load according capacity.
• Check thimble terminal temp.
• Check earthing value with panel it should be less than 2 ohm.
• Check panel accessories and accessories connection.

3 - Half Yearly Preventive Maintenance:

When once im a six months, the PM activity is carried out then it is called as half yearly PM activity. A maintenance checkpoint list is followed during maintenance activity which is given below mentioned.

• First of all repeat monthly and quarterly PM activity.

4 - Yearly Preventive maintenance:

When once im a year, the PM activity is carried out then it is called as yearly PM activity. A maintenance checkpoint list is followed during maintenance activity which is given below mentioned.

• First of all repeat monthly and quarterly PM activity.
• Check all busbar connection and tight properly.
• Calibrate all measuring instruments like as ammeter and voltmeter etc.
• all circuit breaker maintenance properly.
• All vaccuam or SF6 circuit breaker IR value test according short circuit, earth fault , overload and instantanius fault.
• All protection relay testing according their fault parameter setting.
• HT panel earth resistance value check. It should be as per default value.
